Refund Policy
At MDSpec, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this 14-day window will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:
- The request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- The subscription has not been used to export, share, or publish a significant volume of specifications.
- The account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via our contact page with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account and your reason for requesting the refund. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) after the initial 14-day window has passed.
- Partial periods of a billing cycle — if you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the paid period but will not receive a prorated refund.
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle, and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sri Lanka.
